It all started with a very simple idea – to create a combat sports store where we ourselves would want to shop. A place where you can not only find high-quality equipment, but also talk to someone who really understands the difference between boxing and MMA gloves. That's why BUDOLAND has never been just a store. It's a place that has grown alongside Latvian combat sports and is a reliable partner for everyone – from those stepping through the door for the first time to experienced athletes.

History
More than just a store
Shop BUDOLAND was founded in 1995, when brothers Viktors and Juris Jaroščuki noticed that Latvia lacked a high-quality martial arts store. Inspired by the German BUDOLAND range and experience, they decided to set up their own store, which first opened its doors on a snowy February day on Stabu Street. Since then, the store has undergone many changes, but its original values remain alive.

From vision to the present day
Currently, Tomass and Niklāvs work in the store. Seeing the great potential for boxing and other combat sports in Latvia, they have developed BUDOLAND to its current level with their vision and energy. Today, it is a store with a wide range of up-to-date equipment, competitive prices, close cooperation with Latvian sports federations, and convenient online shopping options. However, the most important thing is still the BUDOLAND team — employees with personal experience in combat sports who are able to provide in-depth and professional advice to every visitor.
Although many stores nowadays offer individual combat sports equipment, BUDOLAND prides itself on offering everything you need in one place. Here, they are not just salespeople, but specialists and partners in equipment selection with 30 years of experience in the industry.

MORE THAN JUST EQUIPMENT
BUDOLAND offers clothing, footwear, gloves and protective gear, helmets, federation-approved kimonos, as well as punching bags (also custom-made), boxing gloves, and other equipment for your gym. In addition, the Budoland team also provides boxing ring installation services. Although all products can be purchased online, we invite everyone to come and see, try on, and receive friendly, expert-level advice in person.
Budoland cooperates with several Latvian sports federations to help provide Latvian athletes with the necessary equipment, as well as to obtain valuable feedback on product use and quality. BUDOLAND's cooperation partners are:
